Andreas has been the Managing Director since 2017. Prior to that, he worked for 8 years as a Principal in a german M&A boutique. In this role, he advised medium-sized companies on a variety of national and international transactions.
Andreas holds a degree in Business Administration and studied at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and the American University in Washington D.C. Additionally, he successfully completed a part-time LL.M. program at the University of Heidelberg while working.

Daniel has been a part of the Investment Team since 2019 and became Managing Director in 2022. Prior to joining PANGEA, he worked for 3 years at an international strategy consultancy as a consultant and project leader. There, he advised both medium-sized companies and international corporations in Europe and the USA on various strategic topics, including growth, costs, M&A, and post-merger integration.
Daniel holds an M.Sc. in Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, an Executive Masters in Business Administration from FGV in Brazil, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from LMU Munich.

Marc is part of the investment team at PANGEA. Before joining, he spent four years in the Private Equity Practice of an international strategy consultancy. In this role, Marc advised numerous investment companies and international corporations on extensive value-creation programs, carve-outs, and strategy and transformation programs.
Marc holds three master's degrees from ESCP Business School: a Master of Science in Management, the French Diplôme de Grande École, and the Spanish Master Europeo en Administración y Dirección de Empresas. He also has a Bachelor of Science from the EBS University of Business and Law in Oestrich-Winkel.

Julian is part of the investment team at PANGEA. Prior to joining, he spent three years in Investment Banking in Frankfurt and New York, where he advised private equity funds as well as medium-sized companies and international corporations on acquisitions and divestitures.
Julian holds two master's degrees, from Yale School of Management and IE Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the EBS University of Business and Law in Oestrich-Winkel.

Oscar is a member of the Investment Team and primarily oversees communication with entrepreneurs in succession situations. Prior to joining, he gained several years of experience in the investment business at a family-owned company, where he was responsible for twelve mid-sized company transactions related to succession. Oscar has a particular passion for travel and embarked on a year-long journey around the world, spanning from Alaska to Patagonia, before joining the team. In his leisure time, he enjoys working out at the gym and swimming.
Oscar holds a dual bachelor's degree from ESB Business School in Reutlingen and Universidad de las Americas in his second home, Mexico.

Nicola primarily supports the investment team and the companies within PANGEA's portfolio. Before joining, Nicola worked at a family office in Munich, where he was involved in overseeing investments in reforestation projects in South America and North Africa, as well as taking responsibility for the business development of certain portfolio companies. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from LMU Munich.
